Real Name: Ga Fil-Lo Gan

Ga is an ancient Chinese wizard who posesses the ability to turn into animals of any shape or size, albeit all with the same green hue as his skin. His queue is the source of his shape-shifting abilities, and he guards his hair with his life. He is close friends with Cybrog.
